DMCA & Copyright
Last updated: October 2026. How we handle copyright complaints.
Our role
PornProxy is a conduit service: it fetches third-party web pages at a user's request and displays them. We do not host the underlying third-party content, and we do not select or modify it beyond the technical rewriting needed for the proxy to function.
Filing a notice
If you are a copyright holder (or authorized to act for one) and believe material accessible through this service infringes your rights, send a notice containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work;
- The exact URL(s) on our service where the material appears;
- Your name, address, and email;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
Valid notices are reviewed promptly. Where appropriate, we will disable access to the identified material. Because proxied content originates from third-party sites, we may also direct you to the originating site's own abuse process, which is usually the fastest route to removal at the source.
Counter-notices
If your content was disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with your details and consent to jurisdiction. We will restore access where the law requires it.
Repeat infringers
Accounts are not used on this service, but we block network-level abusers who repeatedly trigger valid complaints.
