Terms of Service

1. Adults only

You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this site. By using it, you confirm you meet that requirement.

2. What the service does

PornProxy is a free web proxy: it fetches web pages on your behalf and rewrites them so links and media keep working. It is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind - including uptime, speed, or that any particular site will load.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Break the law in your country or the country our servers operate in;
• Attack, scan, or probe networks or systems (including through the proxy);
• Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content;
• Attempt to disrupt the service for others.

We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic without notice.

4. Your responsibility

You are responsible for complying with the laws where you live and the terms of the sites you visit through the proxy. Accessing content that is illegal in your jurisdiction is your responsibility, not ours.

5. No sensitive data

Do not enter banking credentials or other highly sensitive information through any proxy, including this one. We are not liable for data you choose to submit to third-party sites.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PornProxy and its operators are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
